Rick Meekins has a rare ability to see not just where your business is today, but where it can actually go — and what’s standing in the way. He doesn’t sugarcoat or hand out easy praise. Rick tells you where the “engine lights” are flashing in your business — the critical issues you might not even realize are slowing your growth — and helps you fix them with clarity and focus.

The Vision Catalyst Experience is designed to challenge assumptions, unlock innovation, and drive execution. To amplify that impact, we’ve integrated a select group of speakers who each bring bold thinking, proven frameworks, and real-world relevance.
Each speaker session is intentionally placed to catalyze specific phases of the experience, ensuring their insights immediately shape participant outcomes.
Session: Monday Evening Welcome + Day 1 Kickoff
Kyle introduces the core values-driven mindset required for transformational leadership. His message focuses on how leaders can foster accountability, courage, and trust using the “Begin with We” framework—especially in moments of feedback and alignment.
Participants will receive Begin with We bracelets and posters as visual reminders throughout the Experience. A welcome dinner and video message from Kyle set the tone before Day 1 begins.
Session: Early Day 3 (Pre-solution refinement)
Ethan delivers a high-energy, no-nonsense teardown of business pitches to sharpen clarity, positioning, and delivery. This session forces founders to defend their ideas under pressure—removing fluff, exposing gaps, and rebuilding stronger, sharper pitches.
Positioned before solution finalization to add rigor and help founders pressure-test their thinking.
Session: Midpoint of Catalyst Phase (Day 2)
Danny challenges leaders to abandon incrementalism and think radically. Through powerful storytelling and innovation frameworks, he pushes founders to make bold, creative leaps.
This session re-centers the Experience on risk-taking, vision, and market-defining moves.
Throughout the Experience
Rick is the architect and lead facilitator of the Catalyst Experience. He leads multiple sessions including:
Design Thinking Workshop
Strategic Vision Framing
Vision Amplifier Presentation
His focus is guiding founders to translate abstract vision into a tangible, disruptive advantage—and helping them craft the tactical roadmap to get there.
Session: Day 4 (Implementation Lab)
Melissa closes out the experience with a focused session on bridging the gap between vision and execution. Her session introduces real-world integration tools to ensure that bold ideas actually get built.
Participants will walk away with a clearer sense of roles, responsibilities, and rollout mechanics.
